Just swing at about 30 percent of your normal power at regular speed – you can put a tee in the ground where the ball would be to give you a target to swing at if you'd like. Work on clipping that tee without hitting the noodle. If you hit the noodle (inset), you'll know that you're coming over the top. Gradually build up in power until you're taking full swings with- out hitting the noodle, then add the golf ball and hit a few shots.
