The top-ranked is the famed Teeth of the Dog, reg- ularly considered among the top 50 golf courses in the world by design experts. In fact, Dye calls it his favorite layout from his legendary career. Seven of the holes are carved out of the coral and rock along the coast, allowing golfers to play within yards of beautiful Caribbean Sea. As the name implies, the course does have teeth, but offers enough forgiveness for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the unique expe- rience Dye created along the coast. Slightly inland is the Dye Fore course, a collection of three nine-hole loops on higher ground along the Chavon River. A round there includes mountain and river views, multiple holes along the sides of cliffs, and holes that play past the resort's beautiful marina. Rounding out the lineup is The Links, Dye's love letter to the British Isles. These 18 holes play through the center of the resort, with rolling hills and plenty of chances to play creative shots along the unique trop- ical links design. The Links was completely renovated in 2012 to bring it up to the stunning level of Dye Fore and Teeth of the Dog. Participants in the CGA Island Four-Ball Getaway will play three tournament rounds with unlimited green fees, golf cars, range balls and club storage between rounds.
